Clear Dental Aligners
Clear dental aligners are a great option for many minor to moderate dental issues… crowded teeth, spacing issues, overbite or even open bite. We make it easy for you to provide quality clear aligners for your patients that are quick, easy, and affordable. In fact, we offer several cost-saving options to fit the treatment plan you choose.
Creating a treatment plan
We use state-of-the-art 3shape orthodontic software to produce a digital rendering of your prescribed treatment plan… usually within one week. Once your digital treatment plan is complete, we will send screenshots and a video of the patient’s teeth from various angles, for you to approve or make any necessary alterations.

Fabrication and delivery of clear dental aligners
Upon approval, we will print 3D models for each stage of the treatment plan and fabricate the aligner trays. Our high quality detailed printed models ensure that the finished aligners will be a perfect fit. Once we have fabricated the aligners, we smooth and finish them to ensure a comfortable fit for your patient. Final delivery of individually packaged aligners is within two weeks of receiving approval of the treatment plan.
Submitting your case
1) Sign in to your account (or create one if you don’t have one)
2) Fill out the order form and click SUBMIT
You will receive a confirmation email of your order
NOTE: If you will be uploading a scan, make sure to have completed your scan before you submit your case. Review our digital protocols on scanner types and formats we accept.
3) Select SEND A DIGITAL FILE or SEND AN IMPRESSION
4) Send Digital Files: Upload digital file(s) or scan(s). Digital submissions can be
.stl files, DICOM files, panoramic x-rays or photos
Send Impression: Download a mailing label to send an impression
5) After receiving your case, we will develop a treatment plan and send videos, scans
or digital files for approval
NOTE: You'll need an STL viewer to review the digital files we send. If you don't have one, you can download a viewer from our Resources page.
6) Review the treatment plan and indicate on the Plan Approval page of this website
your approval or any alterations of treatment plan
7) Final fabrication and shipping
